The dyna-MIX10 with Alter Switch allows 10 pickup variations. Power Tap mode can be activated or deactivated via the alter switch, giving single-coil like tones or full humbucker output depending on switch and pickup selector position. This setup provides ultimate versatility for both studio and live performance.

The guitar features a five-way pickup selector near the lower knee cutout, two knobs near the bridge (tone for neck pickup closest to body, volume closest to neck), and the Alter Switch positioned between them. Up = on (Power Tap active), Down = off.
