The Site is owned and operated by Art of Guitar Musical Instruments Trading LLC trading as Art of Guitar, and by using the Site you expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
We are very careful with any information you provide to us, we do not sell or share the information we collect to anyone.

We use Device Information that we collect to provide you with tailored adverts on Facebook, Instagram and Google Display Network.
We use Device and Order Information that we collect to send you our Email newsletter unless you have opted out of receiving any email marketing in our online checkout. We use MailChimp as our email platform in accordance with their Privacy Policy (https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/).
We use Order information that we collect to contractually fulfill your order using our chosen couriers DHL, Royal Mail and FedEx. This is done in accordance with each courier’s own Privacy Policy, and Order Information is never shared for any other reason than this.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may share your Personal Information with carefully selected third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above and mainly with any of the following: our group companies, service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, logistics, couriers, Site maintenance, customer support.
