Refund policy
At Art of Guitar, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality musical instruments. To ensure the integrity of our products and uphold industry standards, we have implemented a strict No Refund policy on all musical instruments. This policy helps us maintain the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction, as well as us preserve the integrity and value of our products.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Musical instruments are eligible for exchange only within 7 calendar days from the original date of purchase, as indicated on the sales receipt or invoice.
- The instrument must be in its original, unused condition, and must not show any signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
- All original packaging, components, and accessories (such as straps, tuners, strings, manuals, warranty cards, and other relevant materials) must accompany the instrument at the time of exchange.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be presented in order to process the exchange.
2. Condition of Returned Items
- Instruments that display evidence of use, wear, or damage—including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, or other physical alterations—will not be accepted for exchange.
- Instruments that have been modified, customized, or tampered with in any way after purchase are excluded from the exchange policy and are ineligible for any further processing.
3. Exchange Process
- Upon the customer’s return of the instrument to the store, our trained staff will inspect the item to verify its eligibility for exchange. This process may require several business days to ensure thorough evaluation.
- If the instrument meets all exchange criteria, the customer may select an alternate instrument of equivalent value. Any price differences between the exchanged items must be settled at the time of the transaction.
Warehouse/Outlet Seasonal Terms & Conditions
All items sold at any Art of Guitar Warehouse/Outlet Sales are offered at significant discounts. Therefore, we enforce a strict no-refund policy for all purchases made during this event.
No Refunds:
All sales are final, and refunds will not be provided for any products purchased during the Warehouse/Outlet Sale.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are available only for in-store and online purchases made within the *UAE and must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The item must be in unused condition and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and materials.
- The item must not show any signs of damage or wear.
- The exchange must be for an item of equal or greater value, with any price difference covered by the customer.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be presented.
Product Condition:
Please note that all discounted items, including guitars, amplifiers, pedals, and accessories, may be clearance, discontinued, or slightly blemished stock. These items are sold as is and do not come with any warranties or guarantees.
General Terms and Conditions
- Exclusions: This policy applies only to musical instruments and accessories purchased directly from Art of Guitar. It does not extend to third-party retailers or instruments purchased secondhand.
- Warranty: Certain musical instruments may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Customers are encouraged to refer to the specific terms of these warranties where applicable.
- Final Decision: Art of Guitar reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the eligibility of an instrument for exchange or repair.
