Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition made in USA, no. 3 of 50, the guitar and amplifier both housed in original matching flight cases with additional shaped tweed case for the guitar, sold with original certificate of authenticity signed by John Page and a further document signed by Bill Schultz, Bill Mendello, Mike Lewis, John Page, Ritchie Fliegler and Bruce Zinky.
