De Leeuw is a premium hand built and luthier designed range of super premium guitars - fully hand built end to end in France.

Art of Guitar head guitar buyers and designers worked closely with the team at De Leeuw to produce two remarkable and beautiful models : both distinctive and unique in their tonal qualities and playability.

The first of the two is this amazing Emerald green semi hollow guitar that incredibly only weighs 2Kg yet has the growl and rock pedigree of a heavy 70s Les Paul. It took all the skills of the De Leeuw engineers to build this and it comes with a hand written and signed certificate stating that it was designed in conjunction with AOG and is a global 1 of 1.

One of the most important and impressive parts of the design of De Leuuw custom guitars is the fully neck through build of the instrument instruments: as most musicians will know the point at which you can lose most of the transmission of the tone is between the neck and the guitar - because the guitars have been designed and built with a single piece of wood : there’s no impact joint at all between the guitar and the body - In fact the neck and body are perfectly precission carved out of a single choice selected AAAA wood which means that you get 100% transmission of tone and perfect sound.
