Claudio Lazcano Del Castillo
He began his professional training in 1986 at the Luthería Workshops organized by the Ateneo de Los Teques.
Since 1986 he has manufactured plucked string instruments for various institutions, including: the Camerata of Caracas, the Estudiantina of the Banco Industrial de Venezuela, the University of Los Andes, the Central University of Venezuela, the Mavesa Cultural Project, the Bigott Foundation. as well as for renowned figures of musical performance such as Saúl Vera, Alejandro Vásquez, Ronald Sosa, Lorenzo Camejo, Cheo Hurtado, Cristóbal Soto, Isabel Palacios, Jonathan Coles, Rafael Brito, Iván Adler, Salomé Sandoval, among others.
His skill in lutheria is not only limited to the field of traditional instruments, including those belonging to the Latin American popular genre, but has also been directed to the manufacture of early European instruments, such as lutes, psalteries, mandorlas, Renaissance, Baroque and Romantic guitars.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns Policy
If you decide to return the instrument, you must notify us via phone or email within the first 72 hours after delivery. We will then issue a Return Authorization. We will not accept any returned items that do not have a previously arranged Return Authorization.
When sending the instrument back to us, please ensure it is packed to the same standards in which it was received, using all supplied packaging. Once the instrument arrives back to us, we will inspect it to ensure it is still in the same condition in which it left our showroom. Once this inspection has taken place, RJ Luthier will issue a refund for the full purchase amount within 14 days.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer on all musical instrument orders.
If, upon inspection, a guitar is not returned in the same condition it was sent to you in, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund issued.
