The PRS Limited Edition 1957/2008 SC 245 electric guitar is a unique run of special instruments, limited to 350 pieces that are equipped with the very best tone woods coupled with the most exciting, talked about pickups since the PAF! This stunning beauty weighs 7.9lbs. and features a gorgeous quilted maple 10 top, finished in Charcoal Burst, lightweight mahogany back, a Peruvian mahogany neck, Dalbergia fretboard, Paua rim "J" bird inlays, hand signed by Paul and include the new PRS 1957/2008 pickups with original wire from the 50's.
Paul Reed Smith unveiled these limited run guitars featuring the new 1957/2008 pickups during the PRS Experience event in Stevensville, Maryland in September. The 1957/2008 in the name/description title refers to the pickups. PRS obtained exclusive rights to the original pickup wire used in the most revered pickups in the '50s. Paul Reed Smith obtained the rights to the wire in 2008, and 1957 was the year the humbucker was first commercially available, hence the name 1957/2008. These are truly amazing, warm toneful pickups with tremendous note bloom, articulation and must be heard to be believed.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns Policy
If you decide to return the instrument, you must notify us via phone or email within the first 72 hours after delivery. We will then issue a Return Authorization. We will not accept any returned items that do not have a previously arranged Return Authorization.
When sending the instrument back to us, please ensure it is packed to the same standards in which it was received, using all supplied packaging. Once the instrument arrives back to us, we will inspect it to ensure it is still in the same condition in which it left our showroom. Once this inspection has taken place, RJ Luthier will issue a refund for the full purchase amount within 14 days.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer on all musical instrument orders.
If, upon inspection, a guitar is not returned in the same condition it was sent to you in, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund issued.

Upon receiving your instrument, please inspect it to ensure that the condition of the item is as described in your communication with us.
