About Master Builder David Brown:
David Brown's music journey began in the late '70s, igniting his passion for guitars and craftsmanship. He honed his skills during high school, working in Anaheim's local store, where he mastered guitar repair and construction. His expertise led him to Yamaha Music Corp. in the '80s as a guitar technician, setting the foundation for his illustrious career.
In 2000, David joined Fender, marking the beginning of his tenure with the legendary company. With a degree in marketing from California State University, Fullerton, and years of experience in guitar building and repair, David's craftsmanship is unparalleled. His goal is to create instruments that set industry standards for accuracy and feel, making him a respected figure in the guitar community.
David briefly parted ways with Fender in 2009, returning two years later to manage the Fender Visitor Center. As the first point of contact for customers, David oversaw custom instrument building and factory tours, showcasing Fender's legacy and innovation. His journey continued at the G&L Custom Shop in Fullerton until 2020 when his passion for the Fender Custom Shop led him back to his roots.
Apart from crafting guitars, David enjoys designing tube amplifiers and playing music with his classic rock band. His love for travel, animal rescue, and photography enriches his life and influences his artistry.

Returns Policy
If you decide to return the instrument, you must notify us via phone or email within the first 72 hours after delivery. We will then issue a Return Authorization. We will not accept any returned items that do not have a previously arranged Return Authorization.
When sending the instrument back to us, please ensure it is packed to the same standards in which it was received, using all supplied packaging. Once the instrument arrives back to us, we will inspect it to ensure it is still in the same condition in which it left our showroom. Once this inspection has taken place, RJ Luthier will issue a refund for the full purchase amount within 14 days.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer on all musical instrument orders.
If, upon inspection, a guitar is not returned in the same condition it was sent to you in, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund issued.
