Considered to be Gibson's first venture into the world of the dreadnought body shape, the J-45 is now seen to be Gibson's most widely used and best selling acoustic of all time!
Offering comfortable playing and a great sound to follow, the J-45 means business!
Nicknamed "The Workhorse" this iconic design has become the cornerstone of Gibson's Round-Shoulder, Dreadnought line. Renowned for its full, well balanced sound, thick bass tones, and great projection, the J-45 is the go-to for artists the World over!
The neck profile of a guitar is greatly important to how it feels when playing. The Slim Taper shape on this model offers comfort for the player and gives access to higher frets allowing you to make the most of this instrument! However, this is a Gibson after all, although named 'Slim Taper' there is still plenty to grab on to.
This guitar is conveniently fitted with a LR Baggs VTC pickup allowing you to plug in whenever you need to amplify. Producing a natural acoustic sound, you can count on this guitar to sound exactly how you'd expect whenever you plug it in.

Returns Policy
If you decide to return the instrument, you must notify us via phone or email within the first 72 hours after delivery. We will then issue a Return Authorization. We will not accept any returned items that do not have a previously arranged Return Authorization.
When sending the instrument back to us, please ensure it is packed to the same standards in which it was received, using all supplied packaging. Once the instrument arrives back to us, we will inspect it to ensure it is still in the same condition in which it left our showroom. Once this inspection has taken place, RJ Luthier will issue a refund for the full purchase amount within 14 days.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer on all musical instrument orders.
If, upon inspection, a guitar is not returned in the same condition it was sent to you in, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund issued.
