One of the earliest Fulltone pedals, if you love the first 2 Hendrix releases then you'll love this pedal, the effect captures the thick distortion tones of Jimi Hendrix circa 1969 during the pinnacle of his career and the psychedelic era of fuzz-rock. It features a pair of NOS germanium transistors, with a NKT275 and a Toshiba 2SB415. This transistor pairing was quite prevalent on the '69 model, and this pedal messes with the best of them. It's the kind of thick, dynamic fuzz that perfects early Fuzz Face circuits and clears up wonderfully when you turn down the volume knob on your guitar. . A Contour Knob lets you dial in Midrange, Harmonics and Sustain, also an Input Bias knob that takes out the "woofiness" and gives great Overdrive/Distortion sounds when its level is reduced. An Internal Trimmer allows for adjustment of Clipping Symmetry, Harmonics, and Tracking.
