Take It From The Top

For anybody on the hunt for a sweet, vintage Telecaster, this could be just the one you’ve been waiting for! Looking as cool as it sounds, this 1953 Telecaster was designed by Paul Waller at the Fender Custom Shop. Waller is renowned as one of Fender’s most highly respected Master Builders, so consequently, any guitar with his name attached generates a huge amount of interest. This unique guitar is no exception, especially when it’s presented in such excellent condition. The nitrocellulose butterscotch blonde finish shows off the beautiful wood grain pattern of the two-piece ash body beautifully, while the attention to detail that has been applied to this guitar is simply breathtaking.

Special Features

The two-piece ash body lets the body “breathe” with more resonance and sustain, while wearing in a distinctively personal way. Crafted from ultra-stable riftsawn maple, the neck sports a “ ’53 Soft V” neck profile that is ideal for chordal and single-note playing, while the 9.5”-radius maple fingerboard hosts 21 medium-jumbo frets. Loaded with a handwound Broadcaster at the bridge and a handwound 51 Nocaster single coil at the neck, you’ll get a broad variation of tones. The guitar’s deluxe hardshell case is also included.
